2. Beta Registration & Testing Phases

Registration via the website is a non-binding expression of interest. There is no legal entitlement to the allocation of beta access. We reserve the right to select testers at our own discretion.

3. Confidentiality (Closed Beta NDA)

Should you gain access to a closed alpha or beta, you agree not to publicly share screenshots, videos, or details of the game without explicit written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The provision of the website and future pre-release versions is provided "as is" and without warranty for error-free operation, permanent availability, or freedom from damage to hardware and software.
